Role: Stepdown Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity care to stepdown patients, including complex assessments and cardiac & telemetry monitoring
- Administer IV medications and manage post-operative care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery processes
- Ensure safe transitions of care for patients
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience in stepdown or high-acuity settings preferred
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
