Responsibilities Include
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments and updating care plans accordingly.
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and care standards.
- Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures.
- Exhibiting excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Communicating effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications Include
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Active RN license in good standing
- Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, and maintained)
