We are seeking a Registered Nurse with GI Procedure Room experience to provide direct and indirect patient care in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Adhering to nursing standards in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Administering medications and IV solutions per hospital protocols
- Assessing patient and family learning needs and providing appropriate education
- Participating in unit-based activities and hospital committees
- Attending ongoing education and safety programs
- Maintaining accurate educational and clinical documentation
- Fostering a positive, team-oriented environment and delegating responsibilities as needed
- Serving as charge RN, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Assisting in orientation and training of nursing staff
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in Connecticut

- Strong organizational, prioritization, and teamwork abilities
- Manual dexterity and physical strength to exert up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and human waste
