The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing according to professional standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and plans patient care, ensuring individualized treatment and cultural sensitivity. Collaborates effectively with team members, promotes safety and quality improvement, and supports performance initiatives. Serves as a preceptor, participates in research, and advocates for best practices. Manages resources efficiently and maintains compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience, an active RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in technology and ability to work in fast-paced environments are also necessary.
