Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
