Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) The Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) is a key clinical leader responsible for overnight resident safety, supervising care teams, and ensuring compliance with medication and documentation standards. They monitor resident health, respond to condition changes, evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies. The role includes supervising caregivers and medication staff, managing shift staffing and attendance, overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts, transcribing physician orders, and updating Service Plans. The supervisor acts as the clinical anchor during overnight operations, combining independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership.
**Qualifications:**
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting
- Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
- Lead overnight clinical care and ensure resident safety with a focus on regulatory compliance and effective team supervision.
