Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families, ensuring effective communication across care transitions.
- Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations.
- This role is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- Licenses: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
