- Qualifications: RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree minimum; 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred for advanced roles. Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience with supervisory background are preferred.
- Skills & Requirements: Strong leadership, staff management, communication, and organizational skills; ability to coordinate care and manage operational functions effectively.
