About the role
We are seeking an Associate Dentist for Saturdays only to join a team dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to underserved families in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities include delivering dental services with support from a skilled team, utilizing advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. The role involves caring for primarily pediatric patients aged 3-21, with a portion of adult patients, managing an office flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients.
Key duties encompass patient care, team collaboration, participating in morning huddles, and promoting community health.
Qualifications include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, CPR/DEA certifications, and nitrous oxide certification if applicable. Candidates should demonstrate compassion and a strong desire to serve diverse patient populations.
Benefits offered include a guaranteed hourly pay of $106.25 with uncapped earning potential, insurance plans, 401(k), paid malpractice, continuing education reimbursements, and flexible scheduling options. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available.
