Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Support safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
Meal prep and maintaining tidy, safe home conditions
Client transport to appointments and activities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Accurately follow care plans and document client condition changes
Work Schedule & Expectations
Typical shifts: Daytime, between 3 and 6 hours, occasional 8 hour shifts
Availability every other weekend
Travel radius within approximately 25–30 miles, must be willing to drive in this radius
Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills required
Hours assigned according to availability and client needs
Qualifications
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for driving
Proficient English communication skills
Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
Completion of paid training and orientation process
Ability to perform essential job tasks with or without accommodation
Minnesota CNA registration preferred (NOT PCA Certificate)
Preferred
At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience
