About the role
QDOBA Mexican Eats is looking for an outgoing and organized Part-Time Catering Manager to help grow and manage our catering business throughout the Cleveland area. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building local business relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, hospitals, organizations, and event planners
- Identify new catering opportunities and follow up with potential customers
- Coordinate catering orders from start to finish
- Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready on time
- Assist with catering deliveries and setup
- Communicate with customers and restaurant teams
- Track catering leads, sales, and follow-up opportunities
- Follow all QDOBA food-safety and service standards
Qualifications:
- Restaurant, catering, sales, or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable visiting businesses and making sales calls
- Able to work independently and manage multiple orders
- Flexible availability based on catering needs
- Dependable, professional, and able to work with a sense of urgency
