About the role
Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, ensures safety and quality compliance, develops and documents individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and values.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license, with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience is not mandatory, but 2+ years in cardiac/telemetry is preferred. Ability to work safely and proactively communicate across care teams is essential.
