What You Get To Do
- Support the execution of all in-park entertainment offerings, including concerts, parades, and special events, as part of the Operations team
- Play a vital role in delivering seasonal consumer events (festivals, holiday celebrations, and limited-time offerings), ensuring operational excellence and a high-quality guest experience
- Assist with park buyouts and exclusive private events, helping deliver a seamless and elevated experience for clients and guests
- Work closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure events run safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to guests regarding event details, locations, and park offerings
- Help manage event flow, including crowd control, access points, and seating areas to maintain safety and efficiency
- Maintain strong awareness of event timelines and operational needs to support successful execution
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across all event and guest-facing areas
- Represent the park with professionalism, energy, and a strong commitment to quality in every interaction
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support overall park and event success
What It Takes To Succeed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong team player
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to pass all necessary training
- Ability to remain calm, troubleshoot and make quick decisions in stressful situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to climb on ladders, stadium steps, and uneven surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 300 lbs. on a cart with assistance
- Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
- Comfortable working around water and animals
- Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
- Scheduling flexibility
- Valid state driver’s license preferred
- Bilingual skills highly desirable
