ABA Express is looking for a passionate, energetic, and compassionate RBT/Paraprofessional to join our growing clinical team!

What You'll Do
- Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings
- Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours
- Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins
- Communicate professionally with families and supervising BCBAs
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting the Autistic community
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
