**LITIGATION PARALEGAL

FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE
$75,000 - $100,000+ Negoitable Based on Experience** Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, empathetic, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our Houston office.
You will work directly with 1 attorney. This is a hands-on role managing cases from intake through resolution.
What You'll Do
- Manage cases throughout the full lifecycle, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation
- Manage a portfolio of sexual abuse litigation cases
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Provide regular client updates and gather essential evidence
- Manage files independently with minimal oversight
- Occasionally travel to collaborate with teams in Atlanta or Birmingham
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side paralegal experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage files
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with discretion and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
