Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in product quality and presentation across all orders.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, and operational procedures to foster a knowledgeable workforce.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics, implement improvements, and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and customer interactions.
