About This Role

This painting role involves working on renovations, preparing units for new tenants, and handling daily work orders for a property management company with a significant real estate portfolio in Philadelphia. It suits a skilled and versatile individual who can work with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with residents and team members to perform painting and plastering
• Maintain service records
• Renovate and get homes ready for move-in
• Ensure successful completion of assignments
• Perform snow removal
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed

Requirements

• Strong painting and plastering experience (2+ years)
• Ability to be a team player who can work independently with minor supervision as well as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize urgent projects and work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
• Strong levels of communication (both written and spoken English)
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Must be comfortable with heights and ladders
• Willingness to work on-call and non-traditional hours
