Job Description

The responsibilities would include:

  • On-site delivery and training : Paint Repair tech, SA & SM.

  • Process Review & Action planning with dealership

  • Repair Process Implementation; Liaise with Paint suppliers and organize paint repair OJTs/Certification

  • Manpower tracking at dealership (Monthly)

  • Skill Matrix Assessment & Training need identification

  • New Dealer Manpower Training

  • Regional Meeting for gap areas & action planning

  • Manpower Retention, Attrition evaluation, other key actions related to skill enhancement (skill contests etc.)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Paint Trainer in the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive painting techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the same field.
  • Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto OEM; Paint repair process certification and or TTT certification could be an added advantage
  • Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently
  • Skills: Should possess excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skills
  • Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to AS Business SOPs.
