About the role
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Lab Technician to support paint formulation and quality processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for mixing chemicals and additives to produce industrial coatings that meet client specifications for pipeline applications.
This is a day-shift position. Candidates must be flexible to start as early as 4:00 AM and finish as late as 6:00 PM. Standard hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Key Requirements
- Experience in industrial coatings, paint manufacturing, or laboratory environments
- Hands-on experience mixing paints, chemicals, and additives
- Ability to follow client specifications, formulas, and QC standards
- Knowledge of color matching and lab QC processes (preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and basic computer/math skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to adjust work hours based on production needs
