About This Role

This remote role is for a seasoned paid search expert who can independently manage and optimize multiple client accounts, driving results through strategic planning and daily execution. The position is within a fast-growing digital marketing agency that serves luxury real estate, travel, B2B, and restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

• Own full strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms
• Manage budget pacing, bidding, and optimization tied to client ROI
• Provide clear, confident performance reporting and recommendations that clients act on

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic and day-to-day paid search management, handling 5+ client accounts at a time
• 8+ years of experience inside a digital marketing agency
• Managed monthly budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1M
• Strong at both great strategy and disciplined daily optimization
• Able to step into existing accounts, get bearings fast, and contribute by day three
• Understand that the job is to make clients successful
• Measure the day by results, not hours on a clock
• Considered top of the game in paid search by industry peers, with account results to prove it
