Paid Media Manager

About This Role

Planning and running social and search ad campaigns for clients is the core of this role, with a focus on tracking and reporting. The position suits a candidate who is adept at driving growth through paid media, supported by a creative team and the company founder.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads and Meta accounts across a portfolio of Irish service businesses
• Build campaigns properly: keywords, structure, audiences, creatives, targeting
• Optimize: budgets, bids, negatives, search terms and creative testing
• Set up and fix tracking on sites: GTM, GA4, pixels, call tracking, CRM
• Shape paid social creative with the content team: hooks, angles, concepts
• Follow leads through CRMs, websites and tracking, from first click to booked job
• Judge performance on what actually became real business, not just what clicked
• Write reports in plain English: what's driving results and what to do next

Requirements

• 2+ years running Google & Meta Ads at an agency or freelance
• Or the same in-house at a service business, where the ads were yours to run
• Strong social and creative thinking; you'll own the hooks and angles for your ads
• Lead gen experience. You care whether the lead became a job, not just a conversion
• Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4 and Looker Studio is a big plus
• An active AI user. We use AI workflows and skills right across the agency
• The type of person who always knows how their accounts are doing
• No degree requirements. If you can do the work, we want to hear from you
