Starting Rate of pay: $20.66/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
Training will be provided on 1st Shift.
Shift Premium:
- $0.25/hour increase after 90 days
- 2nd Shift Premium: $1.50/hour
What you will be doing
- Perform packing tasks according to established procedures and production requirements.
- Read and use a tape measure to ensure accurate packing and product handling.
- Safely operate packing equipment and tools as required.
- Inspect and handle products to ensure quality and proper packaging.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English; any other language is an asset.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to perform all required packing tasks.
- Ability to learn basic computer skills.
- Experience using packing equipment and tools is an asset.
- Ability to work safely while standing for extended periods.
- Ability to perform frequent pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance, as required.
