About This Role
This role is for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong design sensibility and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life. You will be hands-on in design execution, while contributing to the development of impactful visual concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Translate marketing goals into creative concepts, visuals, and layouts
- Leverage AI tools to streamline design processes, generate creative ideas, or enhance visual storytelling
- Be hands-on in crafting designs across various media (digital, print, packaging, etc.)
- Support the development of campaign ideas with strong visual storytelling
- Collaborate with senior creatives, marketers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and effective work
- Ensure consistency in brand look and feel across all design outputs
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve your craft
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense, and a creative mindset
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- A solid portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand feedback and improve quickly
- Positive attitude, openness to learning, and a proactive team spirit
- Experience using AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) and know how to apply them in professional design workflows
