Job Role:
This is responsible for assembling kits in the packaging lines, preparing products for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.
Key Roles:
- Follow Solenis safety policies and procedures.
- Packaging orders to include janitorial tools, cleaning chemicals, boxing and labeling.
- Assembly line work using taping machines, mechanical belts and box coding printers.
- Reading process orders and operating scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, like Forklift (upon certification), safely and efficiently.
- Bag printing and labeling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet company goals.
- Be a team player and collaborate to build an inclusive culture at work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in packaging, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $44,430.00 and $65,164.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
