Responsibilities
- Receive assigned deliveries upon start of shift
- Show genuine sincerity and appreciation when interacting with clients
- Present a professional appearance by adhering to Company Uniform and Grooming Standards
- Perform at the highest level of Customer Service
- Proactively ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with each team member, property management, and residents/guests
- Follow the property-specific system to receive and sign for resident packages to ensure efficient delivery to residents
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Accurately record time and attendance in the Company's time record-keeping system
- Adhere to all Company Policies as indicated in the Employee Handbook and Property-specific regulations
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency and safety procedures
Requirements
- Must be able to follow a work schedule by being on time and dressed in the proper uniform
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Effective communication skills and engaging positively with clients
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be legal to work in the US
