Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator

About This Role

Leading an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, this role involves providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs to support local families. It suits an individual passionate about making a difference in children's lives and building strong, positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly

Requirements

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar)
• A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months

Important Details

• Schedule: 7:00am – 9:00am & 2:15pm – 6:00pm, plus weekly admin hours, Monday to Friday only
• Contract: permanent part-time
