About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with dialysis experience to provide patient care in outpatient dialysis centers. Key Responsibilities Include
- Monitoring, assessing, and supporting patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatments.
- Performing clinical procedures such as vascular access, laboratory collection, medication administration, and dialysis treatment.
- Preparing and operating dialysis equipment, ensuring safety and hygiene standards.
- Documenting care plans, treatment data, and following medical protocols.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams, acting as a Team Leader, and supporting patient and staff education.
Qualifications And Skills Include
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current state licensure.
- CPR/BLS certification and at least 9 months of RN experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting patients, equipment, and solutions, along with standing, bending, and exposure to infectious materials.
