Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in documentation and computer use.
Key duties involve ensuring staff performance, maintaining compliance, participating in training, and fostering a professional environment . The supervisor will act as a liaison with referral sources and contribute to process improvements.
