Outbound Telemarketing Agent with 30K Signing Bonus (B2B Appointment Setting)

About This Role

This project-based role involves making outbound calls to prospective business clients to set qualified appointments for sales representatives. It suits a self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills who is comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment on a permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients using a client-provided lead list
• Introduce the client's products and effectively communicate their value proposition
• Build interest and qualify potential business opportunities through professional and engaging conversations
• Schedule qualified appointments for the client's sales representatives based on established campaign requirements
• Handle objections confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Accurately document call outcomes, customer information, and appointment details in the required system
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments
• Meet daily productivity and appointment-setting targets while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaign objectives and appointment-setting goals
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Open to Senior High School graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates from any field
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Outbound Telesales, Sales Development, Customer Retention, Collections, or other KPI-driven outbound calling roles
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• Professional phone presence with the ability to communicate confidently with business customers and decision-makers
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Strong time management skills with a proven commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a pioneering account and contributing to the growth of a newly established team
• Amenable to working on a permanent night shift
• Can start immediately
