Responsibilities and more:
We are seeking a reliable and confident Outbound Marketing Representative for a long-term remote position. The primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective members, following established call scripts, engaging leads, answering basic questions, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make consistent outbound calls throughout the scheduled shift.
- Follow company scripts and approved call procedures.
- Build interest and overcome initial objections professionally.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Accurately document calls, outcomes, and follow-up information.
- Complete basic administrative and data-entry tasks.
- Meet performance goals for calls, contacts, and appointments.
- Maintain a professional and consistent approach on every call.
Requirements:
- Clear, confident, and professional spoken English.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a call center.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to follow scripts, coaching, and company procedures.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace.
- Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
- Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.
Position Details:
- This is a performance-driven position offering a base rate of $6 USD per hour, steady full-time hours, and additional incentives based on qualified appointments scheduled.
