OT Therapy Team Leader - Full-Time

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily activities such as scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering rewarding relationships by understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs to promote recovery. Celebrate patient victories and contribute to positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with a minimum of two years clinical practice.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications preferred.
