Orthodontist - $375K-$400K + Incentive | $600K+ Potential Location: Kenosha and Franklin, WI Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week | Full-Time: 36+ hours Orthodontist - Southeastern Wisconsin An established dental practice is seeking an Orthodontist to join an existing practice with a strong patient base and established referral network.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Orthodontist who wants high earning potential, clinical autonomy, a strong patient base, and extensive administrative support.

Compensation

  • $375,000-$400,000 compensation
  • $600,000+ earning potential
  • Additional incentive compensation

Schedule

  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • 4- or 5-day work week
  • Full-Time: approximately 36+ hours per week
  • Consistent patient volume

What You'll Do Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including:

  • Orthodontic examinations and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Fitting and managing orthodontic appliances
  • Regular patient follow-ups
  • Adjusting orthodontic appliances
  • Monitoring treatment progress
  • Evaluating treatment outcomes
  • Patient and family education
  • Oral hygiene education
  • Management of complex orthodontic cases when appropriate
  • Collaboration with general dentists and other specialists

You'll have the opportunity to develop and grow your practice based on your clinical interests and professional goals.

Established Practice This is an existing orthodontic practice, giving you access to an established patient population rather than requiring you to build a practice from scratch.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency/program
  • Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong commitment to quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and professional chairside manner
