About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive change management strategies for enterprise transformation and digital implementation projects. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes through effective communication, training, and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Create and deliver communication plans, training materials, user guides, and change adoption strategies.
- Partner with business, IT, HR, and project teams to drive user engagement and successful implementation of new systems and processes.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and training sessions to support organizational readiness and adoption.
- Monitor change adoption metrics, identify risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Support business process transformation, ERP/PLM/CRM implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large-scale transformation or technology implementation projects.
- Experience with stakeholder management, communication planning, training development, and change impact assessments.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR , Kotter, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
- Experience supporting ERP (SAP, Oracle), PLM, CRM, or enterprise system implementations .
- Experience with Agile project environments and digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of organizational development, business process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
