Order picking and inventory organization are the main duties for this job in a fast-growing online auction marketplace. This position is essential for accurate order fulfillment and smooth daily operations, and it suits a dedicated team member who is comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders from inventory
• Place items on shelves or pallets according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety and operational procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems
• Capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for long periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting
• Ability to push and pull items as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment subject to varying heat and cold temperatures for extended periods
