About This Role
Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, the Order Picker accurately picks customer orders, verifies products, and prepares them for delivery. This role suits a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders according to invoices
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and packaging to minimize picking errors
- Organize and prepare completed orders for delivery
- Stock merchandise and replenish picking locations
- Identify and report inventory shortages, damaged products, and discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Complete assigned downtime tasks, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations
- Communicate respectfully with supervisors and coworkers
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to consistently arrive on time
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new procedures and accept constructive feedback
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for coworkers
