About This Role
This order picker role involves accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse environment. It suits a candidate who values accuracy and speed in ensuring customers receive their items on time and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform material handler tasks
- Pick orders with a manual cart
- Push and pull carts and/or pallet jacks
- Make boxes, pack, and label
- Use RF scanner
- Shrink wrap products
- Clean up the warehouse as needed
- Pick customer orders
- Verify inventory
- Pack products securely
- Prepare shipments
- Apply shipping labels
- Stage completed orders for delivery
- Use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Meet productivity goals
- Support safe, efficient warehouse operations
Requirements
- 1+ years of recent warehouse experience
- Experience to include RF scanning, order picking using a pallet jack and RF scanner, picking, packing, labeling, and other shipping & receiving duties
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures
Nice to have:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
- Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices

Important Details
- Schedule: Mondays (8 AM - 4:30 PM), currently with mandatory overtime until 8:30 PM; Tuesday - Friday (10 AM - 6:30 PM); mandatory overtime as needed up to 12-hour shifts
