About This Role
This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders from warehouse or store inventory for delivery or dispatch. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick products according to order lists, handheld scanners, or picking instructions
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of items are selected
- Pack and label orders for delivery or collection
- Verify product codes, expiry dates, and item conditions before dispatch
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Assist with stock replenishment and shelf organization when required
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Coordinate with supervisors and logistics teams to meet daily order targets
- Support loading and unloading activities as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse, supermarket, logistics, or order picking is an advantage
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to use handheld scanners and inventory management systems
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move goods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Similar role experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Qatar ID (Required)
- Do you have a Food Handling certificate?
Important Details
- Working Conditions: Standing and walking for extended periods; lifting and moving products as required
- Schedule: Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays when necessary
