Key responsibilities include:
Customer master data management in SAP
Order book monitoring & order management
Invoicing, credit requests & return notes handling
Quote creation and order entry with pricing accuracy
Collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
