About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Compliance Specialist to ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and in full compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures
- Coordinate with Customer Service, vendors, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and market regulations
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, particularly related to Value‑Added Services (VAS)
- Maintain records and provide status updates on orders and VAS to stakeholders
- Review and approve compliance documentation (e.g., CPSIA Certificates of Conformity)
- Address inquiries on labeling, packaging, UPC, and customer‑specific requirements
- Support product compliance checks based on customer profiles
- Assist with shipping and barcode processes (ASN, VBO, GS1)
- Provide customer support and verify debit/credit notes as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in order management, supply chain operations, or customer service preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional working relationships
