- About the Opportunity:
The Order Cancellation Specialist III is responsible for managing customer cancellation processes to ensure accurate and timely execution. This role plays a critical part in coordinating between internal teams and clients to maintain operational alignment, support revenue forecasting, and uphold billing and production system accuracy.
- Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to collect accurate cancellation details for system entry.
• Own customer cancellation requests, overseeing activities across multiple operations teams and escalating as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Process cancellations within the finance system following departmental guidelines.
• Identify process gaps and communicate requirements to stakeholders to improve cancellation accuracy and efficiency.
• Use problem-solving methods to determine root causes and engage resources to resolve production or billing issues.
• Participate in creating procedure documentation for consistent process execution.
• Record cancellation activities using case-tracking tools and departmental templates to support business performance improvements.
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Management, or three years of relevant business experience.
• Experience managing multiple systems and multitasking effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
