This is an excellent opportunity for an OMS looking for exceptional earning potential, an established patient base, strong referral sources, clinical autonomy, and comprehensive organizational support.
Compensation
- $500,000+ compensation guarantee

Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time

Established Practice & Referral Base This is an established practice with strong internal and external referral sources, providing an excellent foundation for a busy surgical practice.
You will have the opportunity to develop your own patient relationships and grow your practice while benefiting from the resources and support of an established dental organization.
Clinical Responsibilities The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care, including:
- Evaluation and diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial conditions
- Removal of diseased and impacted teeth
- Dental implant placement
- Oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
- Treatment of conditions, defects, and injuries involving the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face
- Anesthesia services
- Surgical treatment planning
- Patient consultations and education
- Post-operative care and follow-up
- Collaboration with referring dentists and healthcare professionals
The surgeon will have the opportunity to expand their practice based on their clinical interests, training, and experience.

Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Completion of appropriate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training
- Wisconsin dental license or eligibility to obtain a Wisconsin license
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and compassionate chairside manner
Experience with dental implants, complex extractions, anesthesia, and comprehensive oral surgery is highly valued.
