Role: Oracle Solution Lead (Functional)
Location- Allentown, PA (remote also fine)
Hire type: contract
The resource should have strong experience in repair business processes (or manufacturing) and be capable of contributing across the broader repair landscape, including areas such as Apriso, Agile processes, Oracle, EAM, LMS, and related integrations.
- Experience acting as Solution Lead, Solution Owner, or Functional Lead in Repair or Manufacturing transformations
- Strong understanding of Repair business processes (or manufacturing)
- Ideally experience with Apriso
- Familiarity with enterprise applications supporting repair operations (ERP, EAM, LMS, etc.)
- Experience working in global transformation programs
- Strong communication skills and ability to challenge requirements, challenge SI, and drive solution design
- Fluent in English
- Availability to support the project beginning as soon as possible
- The ideal working timezone is probably America east coast. The goal is to be able to work from Europe timezone to West cost limestone.
