Lead technical design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Write and optimize complex Fast Formulas for Talent management, absence, and benefits. Build and manage VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) changes for Redwood. Develop advanced HCM Extracts and inbound/outbound integrations using HDL and BIP. Design and configure REST APIs for seamless third-party system integration. Create complex BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses for business analytics. Mentor junior developers and review code for performance and security standards
