As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members, providing them with guidance and support in their professional development.
Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
- Experience with application design and configuration in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration processes between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
