Oracle OIC Specialist Oracle Fusion Technical
We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist with strong Oracle Fusion ERP & HCM techno-functional expertise to support a production-critical enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Enterprise Integration Hub (EIH).
- Provide L2/L3 functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion ERP & HCM.
- Work across R2R (GL, FA, SLA), P2P (PO, AP, Supplier Management), O2C (AR, Billing, Receivables), and OTL modules.
- Develop and support OTBI reports, dashboards, and Oracle Fusion OOTB reports.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve integration and reporting issues.
- Perform data reconciliation across ERP, HCM, and third-party systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP & HCM.
- Strong OIC integration development and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with one or more Oracle Fusion modules: R2R, P2P, O2C, OTL.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI/reporting and analytics.
- Strong production support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
