Role 1: Oracle Fusion PLM Expert
- Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expertise
- Hands on experience with Oracle Innovation Management, Oracle Product Development & Oracle Product Hub (PIM)
- Product data management and governance
- Product master data configuration
- Data migration and data flows/integrations
- Troubleshooting and production support
- Oracle Fusion implementation and optimisation experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
Nice to Have
- CPQ integration experience
- Product management background
- Data engineering knowledge
- Experience supporting global teams and US hours
Role 2: Oracle Fusion CX Expert
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) expertise
- Hands on Configuration and support of CX, CPQ and Oracle Fusion Marketing
- Troubleshooting and incident management
- Integration and data flow knowledge across Oracle Fusion modules
- Strong business stakeholder engagement
- Oracle Fusion implementation and optimisation experience
Nice to Have
- Analytics/data science background
- AI-enabled operational support experience
- Global support model experience
