- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Middle East.
- Experience with at least one Middle East payroll legislation; Saudi Arabia / UAE preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle.
- Experience with Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts and security.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement and/or production support projects.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
