Job Title: Oracle EPBCS Developer and Support

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Developer and Support Specialist to lead the migration, configuration, and ongoing operational support of our Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service environment. In this role, you will evaluate our legacy Essbase footprint, drive the transition to EPBCS, build seamless data integrations, and deliver robust L2/L3 production support for finance and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration
- Assess and inventory existing Essbase applications, cubes, business rules, calculation scripts, reports, and integrations.
- Design, build, and configure Oracle EPBCS solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Convert Essbase artifacts, calculations, metadata structures, business rules, and reporting solutions into Oracle EPBCS.
- Implement and manage secure data integration between EPBCS and external source systems (ERPs, Data Warehouses).
System Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 production support for EPBCS-related issues to ensure prompt incident resolution and operational stability.
- Continuously monitor system performance, optimize calculation scripts, and troubleshoot technical anomalies.
Enhancements & Upgrades
- Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate system patch updates, upgrades, and the rollout of new cloud features.
Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct end-user training and deliver functional support during active planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Core Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS / PBCS development, administration, and Essbase cube design.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience converting legacy Essbase applications (MaxL, Calc Scripts, ASO/BSO) to cloud EPBCS architecture; solid working knowledge of EPM Integration Agent, Data Management (FDMEE), and Smart View.
- Support Capabilities: Demonstrated experience delivering L2/L3 technical and functional support in an enterprise environment.
- Work Arrangement: Willingness and ability to work full-time onsite in Taguig City under a shifting schedule.
