Job Summary:
Seeking an Oracle Cloud Engineer with experience in
Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Learning. The ideal candidate will support implementation, configuration, customization, integrations, and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM Cloud.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Hands-on experience with ORC, Talent Management, and Learning modules
- Oracle Journeys, Redwood Design, and Global HR
- HCM configurations, DFF/EFF, workflows, reports, and value sets
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM integrations
- Experience with quarterly patches, CRP, Fit-Gap analysis, and full lifecycle implementations
- Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
Nice to Have:
- Security provisioning

- Oracle GenAI/Skill Nexus
- Knowledge of LLMs
