Optometrist
- Provisional Optometrist: up to $4300
- Full Registration Optometrist: up to $5000
- Sign-on Bonus: $6000 (paid in phases)
Optician
- Provisional Optician: up to $3700
- Full Registration Optician: up to $4100
- Sign-on Bonus: $5000 (paid in phases)

Working Hours
- Retail operating hours: 10:00am – 10:00pm
- 5 days, 44 hours per week
- 2 weekend off days per month (rostered)
Key Responsibilities

Perform refraction tests for customers

Dispense spectacles and optical products accurately

Provide contact lens fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and basic complication management

Recommend suitable frames, lenses, spectacles, and related products

Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience

Maintain store operations and support inventory control

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company SOPs
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Optometry or equivalent
-
Registered with the Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB); pre-registered candidates are welcome to apply

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
